Started and run by Richard & Sammy Jackson initially to cater for local home users and small businesses we have since grown substantially, providing IT services to many hundreds of business and home users in the Bedfordshire and surrounding areas ever since (we have remote clients overseas and have traveled as far as Doncaster to help a client). Richard Jackson
With a long background in service industry Richard remains passionate about the customer experience, making sure that everyone gets the best from their computers & systems without too much fuss. Coming relatively late to computing Richard took to it with gusto and found that he had a real aptitude for both finding a technical solution and then explaining that same fix in layman’s terms. Easy to talk to, a problem solver with an affordable solution ready to hand.
Sammy Jackson
Sammy is the office manager and keeps our busy team working hard by supplying never ending coffee, cake and motivation. Her role encompasses managing engineer appointments, arranging component deliveries, maintaining the flow of repair jobs in and out of the workshop, managing the finance team and keeping on top of all social media marketing.
The Team
Richard is in overall charge, managing our busy team of engineers both in the workshop and mobile; Giuseppe & Christian control web design and marketing, Alex and Wally install and configure our Cloud telephony services.
